Enhanced Online Portal Tracks the Progress of Calgary Home Renovations

Moving forward, customers will be given access to Pinnacle’s proprietary customer portal earlier in the process, allowing customers access during the design selections phase. This method will replace the previous one where design selections were detailed in Excel spreadsheets.

Once clients have signed the retainer, they will be given a username and password so they can access the online customer portal; they will also receive instructions on how to navigate the site. Once logged on, clients will see a detailed schedule of their project, including the guaranteed start/end dates, design selections, photos of the project in progress, total investments and tallies. Hence, they can easily track their project’s progress from start to finish.

Aside from giving customers a comprehensive snapshot of the project, the portal also serves as a direct communication tool where clients can submit questions to Pinnacle Group, provide feedback or review build progress. Since the portal is online, users can access all these features at any time of the day, even if they are out of town.

The detailed construction schedule that Pinnacle Group populates and posts on the online portal allows their trades and suppliers to know exactly when their services are needed and when they are expected to finish their portion of the job.
