From Spec-Home to Perfect Home

Project Overview

Though only 10 years old, this home required a complete refresh; giving new life to the tired and outdated builder-spec home. This renovation is one of the finest examples of kitchen cabinetry redesign, repurposing and refinishing by our custom cabinetry division. Additional creative restoration solutions included a modernized fireplace in the great room, an exquisite ensuite makeover and an expansive walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The lower level was also revitalized incorporating a unique live-edge bar top with a backlit rock wall, floating shelves and impressive millwork columns. The entertainment room now features custom fireplace built-ins with a floating bulk-head detail and linear, interchangeable multi-color flame fireplace. This entire home’s color palette was painstakingly changed by spraying and painting the entire door and millwork package.
