STAGE ONE : PRE-CONSTRUCTION STAGE The Design Discovery Session is entirely about working through the design details of each client’s project. Once again Pinnacle’s design team listens…and then begins the interpretation in blueprint version implementing both hand and CAD-rendered drawings. The final step in the design process involves coming to a final project cost and complete Contract proposal.

Design Discovery Meeting
// This stage once again will be on-site and will involve both a Pinnacle Representative along with a contracted Architectural-design firm.
// Measurements of the entire renovated space will be taken, and then interpreted to an electronic file. 
// Depending on the decisive nature of our individual client…this stage may very well take several meetings, emails, and plan revisions to interpret our client’s dreams and wishes; however once the plan is complete the project is now ready for implementation!
// Once the design plan is complete, the final step in the design discovery stage is providing a ‘Fixed-Cost’ contract.
// Upon client approval the renovation contract is then endorsed, a project deposit is invoiced; at which point Pinnacle schedules the start date.
